“ John Vanik/Sales addressed me and my sister as we approached the door of the dealership, he was welcoming and asked what brought us in. I shared with John about a couple of cars that I’d seen online and was interested in seeing in person. John offered his immediate assistance. To fast forward this post, I test drove 3 cars, John raced around the dealership working to meet the details of the type of car and price that was of interest to me. When it seemed that there might not be a fit for me, I asked John to waitlist me for cars that fit my interest; he agreed but before I left, John asked me to give him a few minutes while he checked the system one last time. John did find a car, I test drove it and loved it. I wanted it and the 3-year bumper-bumper warranty. Dave/finance and John/sales worked diligently on the numbers to get to a comfortable fit for me. John’s customer service was really what sealed the deal for me, he was amazing and felt like a friend. I will say this, and I shared it with John, I walked into this same dealership 2-weeks earlier and received the worst customer service and was not interested in returning (I have another Lexus that I’ve serviced for 13 years at this dealership).
