He never had any issue with any of my many questions. He answered all graciously and gave me many scenarios to think about. Went above and beyond - thanks Chris. Yet in the end, the exceptional professionalism and admirable leadership of General Manager Chris—together with the sincere, attentive support from our sales representative, Aiman—completely restored our confidence in the Lexus brand. To be fair, due to a communication gap and an oversight during Friday’s delivery, the vehicle we received did not match our clearly stated purchase intent.
