Chris welcomed us with warmth and demonstrated the true leadership expected from the head of a premier franchise. He listened patiently to our entire experience, offered no excuses, and processed a full refund on the spot—completely resolving our concerns. At the end of our meeting, we expressed our heartfelt gratitude to both Chris and Aiman. Their integrity, accountability, and professionalism truly moved us. We told them sincerely that we are more than willing to wait, and we will return to this dealership to purchase our next dream car. If five stars is the maximum, we would gladly give General Manager Chris and sales representative Aiman ten stars for their outstanding service and crisis management.
