Yet in the end, the exceptional professionalism and admirable leadership of General Manager Chris—together with the sincere, attentive support from our sales representative, Aiman—completely restored our confidence in the Lexus brand. To be fair, due to a communication gap and an oversight during Friday’s delivery, the vehicle we received did not match our clearly stated purchase intent. We take full responsibility for our part in that oversight. At 2:30 PM today, we returned to the dealership as scheduled to resolve the issue.
