- Time coverage periods are measured from the expiration of the L/Certified Limited Warranty. Mileage is unlimited. Coverage expires upon reaching the maximum time of the coverage period selected. See Agreement for complete terms, conditions and restrictions. Coverage is subject to exclusions and limitations set forth in the Vehicle Service Agreement. Lexus Extra Care Platinum
Give yourself and your previously-owned Lexus the highest level of VSA protection. Then leave the rest to us. We'll cover eligible repair costs due to mechanical breakdown after your factory warranty expires, including many parts not covered in Gold and Powertrain plans.

- Time and Mileage coverage periods for Used Vehicle Plans are measured from Agreement Application Date and Agreement Application Mileage. Coverage expires upon reaching the maximum time or mileage of the coverage period selected, whichever occurs first. Deductible applies to each eligible repair visit. Coverage is subject to exclusions and limitations set forth in the Vehicle Service Agreement. FILLING THE GAP
Your current auto insurance may not be enough if your vehicle is declared a total loss. In most cases, the primary auto insurance settlement is based on the market value of the vehicle, which could be less than the balance still owed on your finance or lease contract.
Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) waives or pays the balance (minus certain fees and charges) between the amount still owed on your finance contract and your auto insurance settlement.1
TOTAL LOSS PROTECTION
If your car is declared a total loss through theft, fire, or accidental damage and you still owe more on your finance or lease contract, GAP may reduce or even eliminate your remaining balance.2
DEDUCTIBLE COVERAGE
Our GAP coverage will cover up to $1,000 of your auto insurance deductible (if applicable and permitted by state law).3

STAY COVERED LONGER.
Plans range from 2 years or 20,000 miles all the way up to 5 years or 90,000 miles.1
COVER ROUTINE MAINTENANCE.
Coverage includes oil and filter changes,2 multi-point inspections, tire rotations, and any additional services included in the Scheduled Maintenance Log of your Lexus Warranty and Services Guide, under normal driving conditions.3

HOW LONG DO YOU WANT TO BE COVERED?
While every eligible new Lexus comes with a complimentary service,4 Lexus Luxury Care offers more protection for much longer—up to 5 years and 90,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the date of first use.5

HOW LONG DO YOU WANT TO BE COVERED?
Every eligible L/Certified by Lexus vehicle comes with complimentary maintenance covering the next four factory-recommended services (under normal driving conditions) for two years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first.
L/Certified PPM plans provide protection after this period - up to 3 years and 30,000 miles (whichever comes first) from the expiration of the L/Certified by Lexus Limited Warranty complimentary maintenance period.
Note: Prepaid Maintenance Plans are optional, cancellable (see Terms of Agreement) and are not required to obtain credit.
- L/Certified Limited Warranty complimentary maintenance covers factory recommended maintenance while the coverage is active. Coverage begins the date of purchase/lease of L/Certified vehicles and continues for 2 years or 20,000 miles, whichever comes first. Service intervals occur every 5,000 miles or every 6 months, whichever occurs first.
- L/Certified Prepaid Maintenance covers services available at participating Lexus dealerships. Coverage is effective from the expiration (by time or miles) of the L/Certified complimentary maintenance period and expires at selected plan's year or mileage limit, whichever occurs first.
- The use of synthetic grade engine oil may be indicated for your vehicle. Synthetic oil may require changing less often. Consult your vehicle's Scheduled Maintenance Guide for factory-recommended oil grade and service intervals.

Tire & Wheel Protection Platinum
Keep your tires, wheels and your budget intact with protection available for up to 6 years.
ENJOY:
- Quality parts and services: We cover eligible damages caused by an operational or structural failure due to a defect in material or workmanship.
- Tire replacement: We'll replace your tire if it becomes damaged by eligible road hazards such as nails, broken glass, tree limbs or a pothole.
- Wheel replacement: If your wheel is damaged by a covered road hazard and fails to hold a seal with your new tire, we'll replace it.
- Continued Coverage: With no limit to the number of structural claims, coverage for replaced tires continues during the term of the agreement as long as they meet your vehicle manufacturer's size specification.

- Tire & Wheel Protection covers damage caused by conditions defined as eligible road hazards which affect
the performance of the tires/wheels as a result of the tire failing to hold air, or the wheel failing to
seal with the new tire; such failures may prevent the maintenance of the manufacturer’s air pressure
specifications.
Note: Road hazards are commonly defined as debris on a public roadway such as nails, glass, potholes, rocks, tree limbs or other objects or conditions not normally found in the roadway. - Reimbursement costs are based on the average regional retail market for a genuine manufacturer approved replacement of or similar tire or wheel.
Tire & Wheel Protection Platinum Plus
Get all the protection of our Platinum plan plus Paintless Dent Repair3 and Windshield Repair4.
RECEIVE:
- Comprehensive protection: Tire & Wheel Protection Platinum Plus comes with all the benefits of our Tire & Wheel Platinum Plan including tire and wheel replacement due to eligible road hazard events.
- Paintless Dent Repair: Removes minor dents and dings up to four inches in diameter for the life of the agreement.
- Windshield Repair: Restores your front windshield from minor chips and cracks up to six inches for the life of the agreement.
- Mobile repair: We'll come to you. Both Paintless Dent Repair and Windshield Repair can be done at your home, at work, or your local Lexus dealership.

- Tire & Wheel Protection covers damage caused by conditions defined as eligible road hazards which affect the performance of the tires/wheels as a result of the tire failing to hold air, or the wheel failing to seal with the new tire; such failures may prevent the maintenance of the manufacturer’s air pressure specifications. Note: Road hazards are commonly defined as debris on a public roadway such as nails, glass, potholes, rocks, tree limbs or other objects or conditions not normally found in the roadway.
- Tire & Wheel Protection Platinum Plus is not available in all states.
- Not all dents and dings can be repaired by the paintless dent repair process. Product covers the removal of dents and dings located in accessible areas on the vehicle that are no larger than four inches in diameter and the repair will not affect the manufacturer's paint or finish. Hail damage is covered up to the dollar value of the comprehensive damage deductible or $1,000, whichever is less. Paintless dent repair hail damage coverage is not available in all states.
- Excludes stress cracks or cracks over six (6) inches, damage to the inside of the windshield, and damage to windshield caused by hail, vandalism or neglect. Windshield Repair is not available in AZ and FL. Ask your dealer or see agreement for complete coverage terms and conditions. See participating dealer for details.
- Windshield Repair covers damage caused by conditions defined as a road hazard including wood debris, metal parts, plastic, composite scraps or other propelled objects.
Key Replacement Protection
We cover the details. Down to the keys.
Whether your keys are lost or damaged, you'll be taken care of with Key Replacement Protection. Key Replacement Protection can be added to Platinum or Platinum Plus plans, or purchased as stand-alone coverage separately.
YOU'LL RECEIVE:
- Key Replacement: Replacement of your covered vehicle's key or key fob (remote) if lost or damaged, up to $800 per occurrence.
- Lock-out Assistance: To unlock your vehicle if your vehicle keys are lost or damaged.
- Towing Assistance: Up to $100 per occurrence.
- Transportation Reimbursement: Taxi and rental vehicle or public transportation reimbursement, up to $75 per occurrence.
- Replacement of Additional Non-programmable Keys: Up to $250 per lost key claim - limit three occurrences.2
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

- Replacement keys, if you did not receive two master keys at the time of purchase or lease of the vehicle
- Replacement keys, if the damaged keys are covered by the manufacturer's, repairer's, or supplier's warranty or recall
- Any costs associated when the vehicle key becomes inoperable due to malfunctioning, or a result of reprogramming of vehicle's main body ECU
