I recently purchased a 2026 Lexus RX 350 from Lexus of Orland. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at this dealership. Everyone I dealt with here I had a great experience. Chris Kowalis (General Manager) is such a nice person in general. He made me feel so comfortable during all my visits there up to my purchase day. He never had any issue with any of my many questions. He answered all graciously and gave me many scenarios to think about. Went above and beyond - thanks Chris. And Dave Campbell (Pre-Owned Manager), he was happy to step in and answer my questions also if Chris was ever unavailable. Thanks Dave, very helpful also. Marek Okreglak, again another wonderful and personable person and great Sales Consultant. Such a patient and kind person. After 2 test rides in different models, he wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my choice, and was great in explaining every detail about all of them. On my purchase day, he spent a great amount of time going through the many details before I drove off. In fact, he said he will see me at least 3 more times to make sure I’m familiar and comfortable with every feature. He took his time with me always. I never felt rushed ever. Finally, met with Michael Bannos (Finance Manager) - super nice and patient also. He walked me through the final process and also explained all I needed him too. Top notch customer service by all. I never felt pressured by anyone there (unlike some dealerships). It’s a class act at this dealership for sure. Parts department review: I ordered a starter for my 2004 4Runner in mid April. The part was competitively priced and arrived fast (I am on the N side of Chicago). As soon as the replacement was done (delayed on my end), I shipped the old starter back for the core refund to Tim's attention, which was processed very promptly. Thanks for this highly professional experience!

A Perfect Turnaround from Crisis to Complete Trust — Our Deepest Thanks to GM Chris and Salesman Aiman Our family recently experienced quite a roller coaster at this dealership. Yet in the end, the exceptional professionalism and admirable leadership of General Manager Chris—together with the sincere, attentive support from our sales representative, Aiman—completely restored our confidence in the Lexus brand. To be fair, due to a communication gap and an oversight during Friday’s delivery, the vehicle we received did not match our clearly stated purchase intent. As customers, we also genuinely regret not reviewing every line of the final paperwork before signing, as we placed complete trust in the dealership. We take full responsibility for our part in that oversight. At 2:30 PM today, we returned to the dealership as scheduled to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, our initial interaction with one of the sales managers was deeply disappointing. His unprofessional and emotionally charged response, along with his refusal to listen to our reasonable explanation, left us shocked and disheartened. Even more distressing, after we drove the vehicle back to complete the paperwork, this manager had already left the store, leaving us completely stranded. Just when we felt lost and overwhelmed, Aiman approached us with genuine empathy and reassurance. Thanks to his proactive coordination, he arranged for us to meet with General Manager Chris. Chris welcomed us with warmth and demonstrated the true leadership expected from the head of a premier franchise. He listened patiently to our entire experience, offered no excuses, and processed a full refund on the spot—completely resolving our concerns. At the end of our meeting, we expressed our heartfelt gratitude to both Chris and Aiman. Their integrity, accountability, and professionalism truly moved us. We told them sincerely that we are more than willing to wait, and we will return to this dealership to purchase our next dream car. If five stars is the maximum, we would gladly give General Manager Chris and sales representative Aiman ten stars for their outstanding service and crisis management. As Aiman beautifully reminded us, “Customer satisfaction is our highest priority.” Today, they proved those words through their actions. Thank you again, Chris and Aiman, for turning a stressful situation into a reaffirmation of trust.

He knew everything about the technology of the car and explained it to us so we would understand. He answered all our questions and then some! He worked to get us a great deal and made sure we were comfortable with the whole process.
