I’m from MS. Thank god my sister lives in Chicago and her boyfriend is a Lexus owner! The sales person I worked with is LG! Love him. He did everything over the phone and responded to me in more than a timely manner. I was able to get a better deal at this dealership than I did in MS including shipping cost! Shipping cost was definitely cheaper than my husband and I getting on a plane to drive back! Mike is super nice as well! I spoke with him during the finance process. He was very understanding of my needs and made sure I was comfortable with everything! Thank you guys so much! I can not wait for my truck to get here. The car I purchased was a Lexus RX 350 premium+.

Lexus is a good dealership but Service is very slow. Had appointment and sat for 10 min before even being acknowledged upon arrival. Then it took 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation.
